Smart access for shared transport equipment.
The One Access Trolley Dock locks sack trucks, platform trolleys and pallet jacks to their own bay. Tenants release them via app, PIN or NFC — and every release is logged in One Access Manager.
At a glance
Shared equipment is part of the service your tenants pay for — and the first thing to go missing. The Trolley Dock gives every item a fixed, locked place and plugs straight into your existing One Access solution.
How it works
Step 01
Tenants open the lock latch in the One Access App, or with a PIN or NFC card at the One Access Kiosk.
Step 02
The latch releases and the equipment is free to use. Every release is logged in your One Access Manager.
Step 03
Slide the latch back into its dock. The return is confirmed automatically and the equipment is securely locked.
Benefits
Every item is locked to its own bay. Only tenants with access rights can release it, so nothing disappears overnight.
Every release is logged with user and time. If an item comes back damaged, or not at all, you know who to ask.
No staff needed to hand out equipment. App access works via Bluetooth, even without an internet connection. Tenants without a phone use a PIN or NFC card at the One Access Kiosk.
The Trolley Dock sits in One Access Manager next to your doors and units, with the same permissions and schedules — for example, pallet jacks for business tenants only. You decide who gets access.
Each wall-mounted module goes up in about ten minutes. Start with a few docks at your loading area and add more as your site grows or your clients' requirements change.
Every item has a fixed place. No more trolleys blocking corridors, lifts or escape routes.
Mounting
The modular wall rail adapts to your loading area. Pre-drilled holes and aligners make installation quick — by our partners or your own installer.
