Hardware
Tamper-proof, reliable, and ready to install.
One Access hardware secures every physical entry point β gates, main doors, elevators, corridors, and individual units. Built for continuous, high-frequency use in self-storage and commercial real estate. Suited for both new builds and existing facilities; most retrofits require no construction work.
Built to last
One Access hardware is engineered for continuous, high-frequency use β in environments where it gets opened hundreds of times a day, by people who don't care whether the technology works. It has to just work.
Reliability
Bluetooth-based access works directly from the phone without internet. Large buildings, basement corridors, poor mobile signal β still works.
Security
Hardened enclosures, integrated latch and door status sensors, and outdoor-rated variants for exposed perimeter installations.
Optional
Add the One Access Motion Detector to trigger alerts on unexpected movement in secured areas β a layer of security beyond access control.
Installation
Most retrofits require no construction work. Connects to existing door mechanisms via relay output. New builds and existing facilities both supported.
Coverage
Bluetooth range optimised for dense storage corridors and multi-floor facilities β no dead zones, consistent opening performance across a site.
Access methods
Every access method in one system β phone app via Bluetooth or internet, NFC card or fob, and PIN pad. Each tenant uses whatever works for them.
Reliability
Multiple access methods β every tenant covered, every scenario.
One Access hardware supports a range of access methods across the same system. Tenants can use what works for them β there's no single required approach, and no scenario that leaves someone locked out.
The hardware is built for continuous, high-frequency use. Self-storage doors are opened hundreds of times a day across a site.
Security
Hardware that resists attack and reports status in real time.
One Access hardware is built for environments where tamper resistance matters. Tamper sensors can proactively detect and report incidents β giving operators visibility of any interference attempts before they escalate.
Integrated door and latch status sensors feed real-time data to One Access Manager β operators can see which units are properly closed and which are open, across their entire facility, without walking the floor. Add the optional Motion Detector to trigger alerts when movement is detected in a secured area outside access hours.
Where it's used
One Access hardware is designed to secure every access point a facility has β from the entrance gate to the individual unit. One system, one platform, every door.
The first line of site access. The Access Hub or Access Hub Protect reads Bluetooth and NFC from the tenant's phone at the entrance β no PIN pad, no key fob, no staff required.
Access-controlled elevator calls β tenants are routed to their floor automatically, without being able to access other levels. The Elevator Control Hub integrates with standard elevator systems.
Individual unit-level security with the Smart Lock. Push-to-close operation means tenants can't leave a unit unsecured by accident. Latch and door status is visible in Manager in real time.
Dense locker configurations are handled by the Lock Control Hub β one controller manages up to four Smart Locks, making large locker banks efficient to install and operate.
Standard office and commercial real estate doors β main entrances, internal corridors, meeting rooms, and secure areas β all secured and managed from the same platform as the storage floor.
Shared offices, private desks, and flexible meeting rooms β access tied to membership level and updated instantly when plans change. No new hardware required when a member upgrades or leaves.
