SENSORBERG WELCOMES NEW CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Four months after the recent investment round, the founder and CEO of Sensorberg Alexander Oelling is pleased to welcome the industry veteran Michael von Roeder as Chief Operating Officer (COO) to the team.

At Sensorberg, Michael von Roeder will be mainly responsible for the development of industrial relations and will support such departments as sales, HR and finance. Michael is a founder and investor of several, located in Berlin start-ups and additionally well-known figure in the international entrepreneurial scene. He gained industrial experience while working at the energy group, Vattenfall. He was responsible for the pan-European IT and communication’s network. Between 2009 and 2010, he was COO and Managing Director of the iconmobile group, a member of the WPP, where he lead the Global Innovation and Business Development responsibilities. From 2003, he led the department Global User Experience of Vodafone in London, Tokyo and Dusseldorf. Between 1998 and 2003, he was a consultant in Communication & High Tech Practice at the consulting company Accenture. He holds a degree from the University of Stuttgart in Business Administration and Technology Management and is alumni of IMD Lausanne.
